General Description
Soldier was wounded in action at Hill 200, Ulu Pandan on 12/2/1942. He was admitted to 2/13th Australian General Hospital ex-2/9th Field Ambulance with a bayonet wound to middle finger, left hand. The finger was amputated. Dishcarged to unit on 22/2/1942. Admitted to A.G.H. on 26/11/1942 with fractured left elbow. Discharged to unit on 26/12/1942. Admitted to A.G.H. on 6/2/1943 again with fractured left elbow. Discharged to unt on 2/4/1943.
