Above:  Frank makes a mark as a witness at Kalgoorlie Police Courts.

Frank married Amelia Smith at Northam in 1940.  Tragically for Frank, Amelia met somebody else.  This was a terrible crushing blow for the former POW.

Frank never remarried.

Frank was second born son with three sisters to German born father Jurgen Jordt Hinnrichsen and his mother,  Amy Margaret Rogers who married Perth in 1902.

Above:  Frank’s birth.

Frank’s father Jurgen died in Perth 1939 aged 79 years and buried Karrakatta.  His mother Amy Hinnrichsen died in 19 Dec 1957 and is also buried at Karrakatta.

Above:  Frank’s father worked at the Weld Club for at least two decades.

His father died in 1939 and his mother Amy died in 1957.

In 1959 Electoral Roll, Frank was residing with his mother Amy at 71 Glendower Street, Perth.  He was working as an orderly.
Frank died 17 August 1978 at Mt Lawley aged 72 years – ‘his ashes were scattered to the winds at Karrakatta’.
