Admitted to 2/9th Field Ambulance on 7/2/1942 in possession of a letter from 2/4th MG Btn R.M.O. stating soldier was suffering from indigestion.  Admitted to 2/10th Australian General Hospital Roberts Barracks Changi with a duodenal ulcer on 21/3/1943.
