Cyril’s parents John Albert Wright and Ada Clay Townroe married 1903, Yorkshire, England.
Ada Wright and the children departed England 29 January 1929 for WA on ‘Borda’. She had seven children between the ages 7-20. Cyril was 14 years old.
It is assumed her husband John was already in WA.
John Wright of East Victoria Park died Nov 1968 aged 60 years. Ada Wright died June 1965 .

After the war Cyril married 1945 to Marjory Christina Varney at East Coolgardie. Marjory was the youngest of three daughters to parents John Richard and Agnes Varney.
During the 1930’s Marjory was involved with Church of Christ Band, Kalgoorlie.
Marjory’s sister Jean marries in 1937.
Marjory’s father died 1937
Sadly sister Jean died of illness 1944.
