Kanyu III Camp or Kannyu No.3 152.50 km, Thailand

This is the location of the Hellfire Pass Museum and cutting, now located on Thai Military land.

This Camp was the first where Australians worked in the vicinity of Hellfire Pass.  Dunlop Force made up of 250 men under command of Lt.-Col E.E. ‘Weary’ Dunlop arrived from Tarsau at Konyu River on 25 January 1943.
